Since 2013, one focus of Stefanie Böttcher's work has been on supporting board members of DAX and FTSI-listed companies in finding solutions in challenging and conflict-prone situations.

As a member of the supervisory board, she pays special attention to the connection between company processes and their impact on the balance sheets, whereby the processes can be both structural and interpersonal.
